• • FACE CLAIM , valerie poxleitner
• • PERSONAL STYLE ,
She has a pretty interesting look about her. Standing up at five foot four inches, she's honestly kind of skinny for her age. Though she doesn't really look like she weighs a lot, she weighs about a hundred and ninteen pounds, which she thinks is sort of average for her age. Sadie thinks she looks like a pretty average girl. Really dark black hair that's wavy pretty much all of the time, regular brown eyes that have specks of green in them, doesn't wear too much make up... She might be pretty average, but she's a pretty average, in her mind. Her personal style is pretty varied. She’ll just wear whatever. Color, it doesn’t matter, really. Black, blue, red, white, whatever. But other than that, she can wear whatever she wants. She never really cares. If she could have it her way she would probably go out on stagea in her pajamas, in a bikini, or whatever. Well, maybe not exactly a bikini... but just maybe?

` drugs, posers, humid weather, rap music, heights, airplanes, depression, thunderstorms, no music whatsoever, gum popping noises, being bored, licorice, broccoli, raisins, grapes, Miley Cyrus, current Disney stars, white walls, frilly stuff, too much sugar, hypocrites, chick flicks (they're just way too boring in her mind), actual relationships (too many awful ones in the past), bad weather, country music, lemons, animal haters, baggy clothes, raves, liars, anything coconut flavored
• • LIKES , ` music, cats, photography, Halloween, piano, guitar, classical instruments, Hershey chocolate, the band, musicals, her pets, guys (of course), surfing (though she's never actually gone surfing yet), the beach, puppies, shopping, bike riding, watching random youtube videos, sketching whatever she can even if it's not even that decent, trampolines, having fun, recycling, being cheerful, the ocean, polaroid cameras, headbands, parties, drinking (sometimes she tends to be contradictory to her personality) vanilla ice cream, hoodies, fingerless gloves, her iPod watermelon Jolly Ranchers, acoustic songs
• • DISLIKES ,
• • STRENGTHS , extremely supportive, listens to anyone that wants her to, can stay focused on more than one thing at times, loves to make friends, willing to lend a helping hand,
• • WEAKNESSES , has too much energy at times, says stupid things without thinking, does stupid things without thinking, gets too defensive on environmental issues, sometimes a bit too cheerful for people to handle, doesn't try for actual relationships anymore, ends up having way too many one night stands and flings than should be natural
• • FEARS , being heartbroken, again, for some reason not being able to keep making music, losing anyone in her family, pets included, the end of the world (she thinks a little outragously at times)
• • SECRETS , when she was little tried to hide a stray puppy in her basement; her father found the puppy the next day and made her give it to an adoption agency, where the owners claimed it. on a more serious note, her last relationship pretty much left her heartbroken and afraid of actual relationships. a week after said breakup, she ended up sleeping with a guy she radnomly met at her friend's birthday party
• • PERSONALITY ,
She’s a pretty cheerful girl all year round, even in those times when most girls are probably at their worst. She’ll be the girl that you’ll see walking down the hall with a smile on her face, saying hi and waving to everyone, whether she knows them or not. Sure, she gets depressed or upset or withdrawn at times, but she's sure to not show it. She doesn't like showing people that she's upset, because she doesn't want people worrying about her. She's kind of weird about it; she doesn't like feeling like people have to worry about her. She's pretty dependent, thinking that she can handle whatever's going on.
Generous is probably an understatement. She’s just a giving person. If someone is in need of something and she knows about it, she’ll probably be the one to help them out. She’ll lend out anything; pencils, money, books, CDs, whatever. You know that she’s a nice girl; she used to donate her clothes and old toys a lot during her middle school years. She’ll be the girl just walking down the street and, when spotting a hobo, gives him some money to be able to get food. Well, not really, though she has done that once or twice. She's pretty giving whent het ime comes. She’s a sweet girl, if you haven’t figured that out yet. There really isn’t a mean bone in her body. She’s just too sweet. She is the girl that will never judge you on what you did, but your personality. She’ll look at you like an individual and that won’t ever change. She sticks by her friends and strangers. If there are enemies that she has, you know, she really won’t do anything but avoid them. That’s the worst she’ll do; the cold shoulder. Other than that she isn’t a very argumentative person. She tries to avoid arguing most of the time, and when the time comes for her to argue.. it just doesn't turn out pretty. She's kind of bad at keeping up an argument.
She cares for the environment greatly. She doesn’t straighten her hair at all, which is why you will rarely find it perfectly pencil straight. She wears it in slight waves, since her hair is actually naturally straight. She doesn’t use any hair styling products or anything, and if she knows someone that does, she’ll probably give out a twenty minutes lecture on saving the environment. She loves animals with a passion; when she was younger she had three dogs and two cats split between her mom and her dad. She'd have tried to get more, but her step parents, from both remarriges, didn't want too many animals, so she was forced to just make friends with tthe neighborhood animals and her friends' pets.
One thing that's kind of not that great about her is that she doesn't exactly think before she speaks. Sure, she seems really nice and stuff, which she is, there's no denying it. But she tends to say the wrong things at the wrong times and it ends up turning into a big stink and making her look extremely mean, or just plain stupid. ( This is where most of the arguments she has starts from ). She also really doesn't think when she does something either; a lot of the things she does is by impulse, because she thinks it's more fun to do things by impulse than by planning.
Headstrong is anoter trait of hers. She doesn’t give up. She honestly hates being forced to give up on what she is doing. Even if she knows that it’s a wasted attempt at trying whatever it is, she will continue at it without even thinking about it. Course, this is another trait that has caused her to get in a bit of trouble. The worse that this has gotten her is trouble in school with a teacher or two because of little debates that were started in class. She always takes things further than they ever were intended on being. She also a really curious girl. If she hears anything that’s different from what’s normal, she’ll more than likely investigate it. If she heard something in the dark when she’s in bed, or if she sees something moving out of the corner of her eyes, you can be sure that she’ll be off exploring and figuring out what it is. Sometimes this isn’t such a great thing though; a lot of the times she ends up lost, or ends up hurting herself in some way. But who ever said it was a bad thing to be curious?

• • PARENTS , mother - angelica grace stevens, a 43 year old nurse. father - markus aiden stevens, a 46 year old owner of a small coffee shop in massachusetts
• • SIBLINGS ,
• • OTHER FAMILY , just the rest of her family
• • SIGNIFICANT OTHERS , n/a
• • CHILDREN , nope
• • BIRTH PLACE , boston, massachusetts
• • HISTORY ,
So, the history for Angelica and Markus is a pretty typical one; they met in college, hit it off, got married, slept together, and little sadie was born. Honestly, that's how the history was between them. Oh, there was a little fact that neither of their parents approved because they thought the other wasn't good enough. Sadie's grandparents were kind of snobby, simply put. Which was quite odd since the family was raised in Boston, Massachusetts, huh? So, that's that. Sadie was born to her parents, and spent a good part of her life down in boston. Ever sine she was a little girl she was always a bit different from how her parents expected her. Her parents sort of took after her grandparents, being snobbish at times, but Sadie was the kind fo girl that couldn't be snobby even if she went to professional classes on how to be snobby. She was sweeter than how her parents expected her to be. Ever since she was three, she'd loved animals. It'd started with her grandparents' birds. Sure, the birds weren't exactly her favorite animals in the world, but she still managed to like animals beause of them. The birds sort of threw her into a little animal-kingdom in her mind. She managed to talk her parents into letting her have a kitten when she was five years old. Course, that probably wasn't a good idea. Her parents' bickering started about a year afterwards, and the arguments were usually started by a multitude of different things. Over who did the laundrey, what they watched on tv, to more serious matters, like what school Sadie should attend, going places for vacation, and things like that. Though young, Sadie knew her parents weren't happy with each other. So, it wasn't too horrible of a shock when her parents got a divorce. Sure, she knew it was bound to happen, but she was only eight; a girl could only take so much. She ended splitting her time pretty well between her parents; her mom remained behind in Boston while her dad moved to New York. She met a majority of her time with her mom, spending summer vacation and christmas breaks with her father in New York. But when she was about thirteen, she ended up moving in with her dad full time; her mom was moving, again, this time not in the country, but to Italy with a new boyfriend, and Sadie hadn't really wanted to spend all her time in Italy without seeing her dad. So, that was probably the one thing her parents agreed on; they agreed Sadie could stay with her father in New York. There, she attended this prep school that was art-oriented. Sure, not really the kid of school she would have attended, but she ended up liking it. She ended up kind of, in a way, finding out who she was, really. It was around this age she started caring about the environment, donating her clothes, and adopting a cat and a dog from a local shelter. She'd had two dogs with her mom, plus a cat that was with her grandmother now, but they weren't in New York with her. So, back on track. Sadie attended said prep school, and she met up with a few guys who were looking into making a band. Music was something she loved; sure, she hadn't really played an intstrument before, but she loved listening to music. And for some reason, she really wanted to join this band. She wasnt' sure on what to play though; she didn't know what exactly they needed. So, she took it upon herself to learn a few things. She learned how to play the piano, which was slightly easy because her father apparently knew how to play the piano. She also managed to learn the guitar in school, as well as more classical instruments, like the flute. Next would have been drums, but she never really got the knack of drums. It didn't matter, though; she ended up making the band as the keyboardist, which made her pretty darn happy. What made her happier? The band being signed onto Past Twelve Records. That was something that she hadn't really thought would happen, but did anyways. So, it's where she is now. Sure, she's in a band and stuff, but her real beliefs never really left her or anything. Still environmentalist, still sweet, still dependent, still fun loving. Just... in a band? Ain't that the life? That's what Sadie thinks.

finally, tara learned to get rid of her alarm clock. now it was hidden under a bunch of old stuff in her garage. that was the reason why for the first time in weeks she didn't have to listen to her obnoxious alarm going off an ungodly hours anymore. as she forced herself out of bed, she glanced at the silent, non alarm clock she had against the wall. it was a bit past nine. still really early, but hey, at least it wasn't seven. if so, she would have been extremely angry. tossing the sheets off, she stretched her arms above her head as she stood up. tying her hair up into the messiest bun she could get, she shoved her feet into her slippers and walked towards her door, heading towards the bathroom. not even ten minutes later, she left the bathroom, face washed and teeth brushed, and she wandered down the short stairs to the kitchen. she glanced around, noticing that, once again, her father was out. he needed a night job more than a day job... rolling her eyes, she walked into the kitchen, grabbing the orange juice from the fridge. pouring herself a glass, she took a sip as she slowly walked back upstairs. she pretty much had nothing to do as of yet. she needed to make friends with people that were outside of highschool... then maybe she'd have someone to talk to ...
as she got upstairs, she realized that she was still able to get on the chat that was, supposedly, only for the bristol high students. hm.. maybe it was just a giant chatroom... she was thinking about these things as she walked over to her bureau and grabbed her laptop that was on top of it. unplugging it, she took it over to her bed as she made herself comfortable. taking another sip of her juice, she turned her laptop on and waited for what seemed like forever until it was finally done loading. clicking on her internet, she signed herself onto the school chat, ready to be bored. but hey, sometimes students snuck on to talk during class, or other people managed to get in. she didn't care, as long as the person was someone she could talk to. thankfully, her prayers were answered when some guy named theodore logged on. the minute he did, the first thing she noticed was his little display icon, and how the lighting in it was absolutely perfect. yes, she was a photography nerd that noticed these types of things. there wasn't anything else to it, really. but he turned out to be pretty cool, too. he, like her, took pictures of random people at the park like she did. though she took pictures of toddlers and he took pictures of random people.. and more than likely they thought he was some creepy guy who was going to kidnap their kids or something.
after talking with him for about ten minutes, she heard her stomach growl in a very not nice way. damn, she was hungry. but there more than likely wasn't any food in teh house still. she needed a job... she was definitely going job hunting in a bit. telling theodore that she was going to get breakfast, and that he should definitely join her, she set her status to away and got up off her bed. throwing off the tank top and sweat pants that she was wearing, she pulled on a pair of skinny jeans and a Jack's Manniquin t-shirt. shoving her feet into her black and white Converse, all she grabbed was her camera bag and her phone. she was totally dependent on both of them, but se wa more dependent on her camera bag than anything else. she just loved taking pictures too much. that was probably something she really didn't get from her dad. he was more of an artist than a photographer, and she was more of a photographer than an artist. ever since dropping out of school, she'd taken more pictures than she ever had while she was in highschool.
walking downstairs, she scribbled a little note for her dad, though she was certan that she was probably goign to beat him home once again, like she had for the past week. grabbing her keys, she walked out the door, closing it and locking it behind her. walking down onto the sidewalk, she headed downtown, upwrapping her headphones from around her phone. shoving them into her ears, she pressed a few buttons on her phone until she hit one of the playlists. hearing forever the sickest kids' the way she walks, she walked down the street, realizing that she was going to be there in less than ten minutes or so.
less than that, even. all she had to do was look up and she found herself walking past the diner. stopping herself in mid step, she turned herself on her heel before walking ten feet back to the diner. pulling the door open, she looked up as she pulled one of her headphones out of her ear. waving towards one of the old ladies that knew her, she walked towards one of the tables that was next to the large window. sitting herself down, she pulled her bag off of her shoulder, placing it in the seat next to her. she loved the diner, because the seats were extremely long and comfy. it was one of those old fashioned diners, which she loved. hm.. she would definitely have to take some shots here one day.
looking up, she saw that the woman that she was friends with was taking her order. smiling, she ordered regular pancakes before making some small talk with the woman, who was a friend of her father's. quickly ordering a cup of coffee before the woman walked away, she thanked her before looking down at her camera, looking through some of the pictures she had on her camera. damn, she definitely had to delete a ton of them, because they were extremely old. deleting a few, she glanced up or a quick second, thanking the guy who bought her her order. taking a sip of her coffee, she put her camera back into her bag as she grabbed her coffee. taking a slow sip, se took her fork, taking a small bite of her pancakes. turning her head, she rested her chin on her hand, staring out the window. she needed company, desperately.
